Session Rate
Individual Sessions for Mental Health Counseling for adults
$195 per 50-minute session
I do, at times, have limited sliding scale slots available to those without insurance benefits. Please inquire about available openings.

Telehealth therapy from the comfort of home. Sessions are offered through a secure, confidential platform for clients located in Washington State and Idaho.
Payment + Insurance
I am an out of network provider, which means I do not bill insurance companies. Payment is due at time of session through credit/debit card payment. I do provide a monthly receipt for sessions paid in full that clients can submit to insurance to go towards their out of network deductible. It is the client’s responsibility to understand their out of network benefits.

I offer weekly individual sessions and when appropriate, twice-a-week sessions.
All sessions are held virtually over a HIPAA compliant video platform.
I believe that healing is best supported in a consistent, predictable environment, and in relationship.
Building this therapeutic relationship takes time, commitment, and trust, and is best created with regular and frequent sessions. Seeing each other weekly is where I begin.
