There are moments when life asks you to pause. Not because you planned to, but because something has shifted.
Maybe you have lived through loss, trauma, or a season that asked too much of you. Maybe again.
You may appear capable and composed on the outside. Like someone others rely on. But on the inside, your brain, body, and spirit are aching wondering if you are actually worth it.
Therapy is an invitation to slow down and listen. To notice what your life has been shaped by. And then, to gently explore how the past is still present, and what you want to carry forward with intention.
This work will not erase what happened. But it can bring meaning from it.
And at the same time, help you create space for choice, freedom, and a more honest way of being in your life.
What Therapy Can Offer You
Therapy can help you rebuild trust with yourself. Especially with parts of you that learned to stay quiet, numb, or in control because it did not feel safe to feel.
In our work, we pay attention to what is happening right now.
In your body.
In your relationships.
In the patterns that repeat, even when you wish they would not.
Over time, therapy can become a space where you can hear your own voice more clearly. Not the one shaped by expectation, pressure, or past harm. But the one that reflects who you are becoming.
How I Work
I bring curiosity, honesty, and care into the room.I move thoughtfully, at a pace your nervous system can handle.
I will sit with you in the mess, and I will reflect on what I notice. I will ask questions, name patterns, and offer different ways of seeing when it feels helpful.
I believe you are the expert on your life.
My role is to walk alongside you as a witness, collaborator, and steady presence as you reconnect with yourself and learn how to care for yourself in ways that actually fit you.
I’m happy to collaborate with treatment centers and other medical providers to ensure your care is coordinated and supportive of your overall well-being.
Areas I support clients with
Trauma and its lasting effects
Grief, loss, and major life transitions
Addiction and recovery, including supporting loved ones of those in addiction or recovery
Relationship struggles and boundary challenges
Faith, identity, and making meaning after hardship
If you are considering therapy, you do not need to have everything figured out. Just a willingness to begin.
