Meet Krystina Ptasinski, End of Life Planner
Krystina Ptasinski is an End of Life Planner whose practice is deeply informed by her years as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Substance Use Disorder professional where she has specialized in the care of trauma, grief, and addiction. Krystina came to this work of End of Life Planning with a deep personal and professional knowing of the amplified distress and disruption loves ones can go through after experiencing a death and the additional weight of trying to sort through an estate and family dynamics. Her offerings are anchored in the hope to alleviate this distress by providing grounding guidance through the emotional and logistical work, to protect and honor the grieving process, and ultimately, support a sense of peace and unity within individuals and family units. Krystina believes this is sacred work and work that should not be done alone.
Krystina has direct experience with trauma and grief narratives, addiction cycles, complicated family systems, spiritual and theological concerns, significant life and financial transitions, sudden/unexpected and traumatic death, and recovery from profound medical and emotional trauma.
